MICHA Teacher Training, Boston 2025

It was a huge pleasure to be part of the MICHA (The American Michael Chekhov Association) faculty for its Teacher Training in summer 2025, held at Emerson College in Boston.

Over an intensive week we explored questions of pedagogy, the Michael Chekhov technique and the creative process, working in Emerson’s spacious Paramount building.

It was a joy to move, learn and exchange with all participants and the wonderful faculty, including Jessica Cerullo, John McManus and Craig Mathers; Sinead Rushe and Marji-Rikka Mäkelä, and Catherine Stewart as facilitator of the Critical Response Process.

With huge thanks to MICHA for the invitation — returning me to the UK inspired and energised.
